Hello, Lovely,
My name is Jayna, and for years I struggled with depression and controlling my emotions.
At first, I tried numbing the pain, ignoring what I was feeling, and boxing the emotions up, which only made it all worse when it did end up coming out.
Sadly, I hurt so many people along the way while learning how to manage my hormonal mood swings through my teens and 20s.
Then I began to recognize the patterns and developed a system to keep me balanced and more in control on a daily basis.
This formula is now what I call Healthy Emotional Regulation, and it consists of five ways to master your emotions. Movement, Meditation, Mindfulness, Manifestation, and MORE.
This formula has worked so well for me and my clients that I decided to turn it into a web-based mobile app, so that more people could experience the inner peace H.E.R. provides.
